seremet.limo connects you with car service companies for services they fulfill in your requested area. Reservations are possible through seremet.limo. When visiting our website, you have the option of requesting a quote or booking online.

By placing a reservation with seremet.limo (“Seremet Transportation” or “the Company”), either by telephone, fax, email, online on this site, or in any other manner, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You further expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.

If your employer has a corporate contract with Seremet Transportation, that contract shall supersede these terms and conditions.

All content in the seremet.limo Website (the “Site” or the "Website") is intended only for residents of the United States. seremet.limo, maintains the Site for your personal use and information.

By accessing and browsing the Website and/or placing a reservation, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions unless a corporate contract is in place which shall supersede the below.

Services

Our commitment is to provide with a positive experience. Upon entering your ride information and the type of transportation service you are seeking, we will find the most qualified affiliate in your area to offer you the best service at the best price thanks to our negotiated rates. Although we take certain steps to examine the credentials of our affiliate limousine companies, we make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills or representations of such limousine companies or the quality of the service that each company may perform for you if you elect to retain their services.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. SMS Notifications and Consent

By providing your phone number during ride booking or driver registration, you are giving explicit opt-in consent to receive SMS notifications from Seremet Transportation regarding:

- Ride booking confirmations
- Driver assignment alerts
- Trip status updates
- En route notifications
- Arrival alerts
- Ride completion confirmations
- Driver-related updates and assignments

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings with Seremet Transportation. You may receive multiple messages per ride/assignment.

Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: If you no longer wish to receive SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message you receive from us at 240-748-0075. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive further SMS notifications unless you re-subscribe by contacting us or booking a new ride.

Applicable Fees and Rates

Confirmations/Rates

- A confirmation number is provided for every reservation and a confirmation email is generated by the computer system.

- Each segment of your reservation will have an individual confirmation number. If you wish to cancel your reservation you need to contact us with your name, phone number, email and confirmation number.

- The rate provided at the time of booking is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time, parking, phone usage or other additional services may change your rate. Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

- The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's receipt when applicable:

Tolls and expressway fees,
Parking fee,
Waiting time,
Invoice expiration (late) fee,
Cancellation fee,
* Cleaning fee,

- Rides are billed to the customer's credit card and/or corporate account numbers. Seremet Transportation accepts the following cards:

American Express
Discover
MasterCard
Visa

- All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.

SUV Rates

Seremet Transportation has three different rate options - Distance, Hourly, and Flat Rate.

Meet and Greet Service

Upon request, your driver will enter the airport arrivals terminal and wait for you with a personalized name sign. This service is ideal for first-time passengers, international travelers, or anyone who prefers a more formal, guided pickup experience.

The following fees apply when meet and greet service is requested:

Meet and greet service fee: $25.00 (flat fee for driver time inside the terminal)
Airport terminal parking fee: charged at actual cost based on time in the garage

To request this service, please note it during booking or contact us in advance so we can coordinate with your driver. Both charges will appear as separate line items on your final invoice.

Wait Time and Extra Stops

- For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $25.00 per quarter hour increment once the grace period has elapsed. For non-airport pick-ups, the grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.

- Seremet Transportation is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, a 45 minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period, wait time will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per quarter hour. Seremet Transportation does not monitor departing flight times.

- Seremet Transportation does not monitor train or ship schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train or ship that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

- Additional charges apply for extra passenger requested stops or services. Charges applied to a point-to-point reservation will be charged $25.00 per stop/service.

Cancellations & No-Show Fees

– Cancellation of SUVs within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee.

- All requests to cancel an existing reservation MUST be submitted via email to info@seremet.limo or text to 202-718-0075

- Voicemails or Phone Calls requesting a cancellation or modification will not be considered proper notification.

- A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your driver please call 202-718-0075. To avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without communicating with Seremet Transportation. Seremet Transportation is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Seremet Transportation does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.

Smoking / Food

No smoking/vaping or food of any kind is allowed in the vehicles. Any damages from smoking or food will be charged a $350.00 cleaning fee to the client that signs this agreement on the credit card we have on file once it has been evaluated and documented by management after your reservation. In the event of smoking or food, the chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the run with no refund.

Refunds

Refunds of any payments made to us by you (i.e. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance) within (2) weeks by company check or bank transfer.

Holidays

A $25.00 U.S. holiday surcharge will be charged to all trips occurring on:

New Years Eve after 6 pm
New Year's Day
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve after 6 pm
* Christmas Day

Event Services

- All Event Services will be billed at the prevailing Seremet Transportation hourly rate.

- Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Seremet Transportation facility until the time they return to the Seremet Transportation.

- Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

Other

- Seremet Transportation shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

- Seremet Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Liability

Seremet Transportation shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road and traffic conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.

In order to ensure availability at all times, it is common practice for transportation companies to work out together and farm-out services to other limousine companies. In the event that Seremet Transportation farms out your ride, Seremet Transportation is not responsible and/or liable for any 3rd party claims. When you book a ride, you hereby agree to release Seremet Transportation (and or officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents) and any other third party person from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, arising our of or in any way connected with the actions or inactions of the farmed our ride limousine service providers.

In the case of a farm out: while Seremet Transportation vets its affiliates and ensures they posses all required permits and authorizations during the vetting process, Seremet Transportation does not make any representations or warranties that members are appropriately licensed, free of significant state-level civil legal judgments, or carry appropriate automobile, general liability, and indemnity insurance or bonding at the time of registration, during the period they are members, or thereafter. As circumstances can change daily, Seremet Transportation does not represent or warrant that the information received from state, provincial or other government agencies or from third party sources is accurate, error free, or that it is up to date or updated at the time that Company checks such information. Most agencies have periodic update cycles or schedules and this information is not always updated on a real-time basis by such agencies and third party sources.

* Note: Warm/Hot weather days may affect the cooling ability of the vehicle in which Seremet Transportation is not responsible for. In the event that the rented vehicle suffers or sustains a mechanical problem, we may provide a vehicle of similar kind and quality at our discretion. This replacement will satisfy Seremet Transportation responsibility under this contract.

~ Any damages to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle, will be the responsibility of the client who signs this agreement. If there is any items/property belonging to Seremet Transportation damaged/removed by any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of Seremet Transportation. There is an additional charge of $350.00 for cleaning the vehicle, if a person becomes sick or if there is any damage or excessive cleaning from any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of Seremet Transportation, depending on the severity of the damage. Damage costs will be determined by Seremet Transportation after appropriate professional quotes are obtained.

Collections

In the event that you refuse to pay your obligations resulting in Seremet Transportation needing to employ a collection company or an attorney, you agree to fully reimburse Seremet Transportation all attorney fees, court costs, collection fees and any out of pocket expenses that we may incur. A 2% monthly charge will be added to all unpaid balances.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.

Unforeseen Event

The client understands and accepts that, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions delay travel. Every effort will be made to dispatch the contracted vehicles during these conditions and all attempts will be made to arrive at the designated pick up locations on time. In the event that there is a delay caused, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions resulting in any of the contracted vehicles arriving late at any of the pick up addresses, we will modify the drop off time to reflect the amount of time caused by the delay. You agree that this action will compensate you for the delay and there will be no further liability to us. Should we deem at any time up until the day of the service that said conditions are too dangerous for our chauffeurs and/or vehicle(s) than we will inform you of such and terminate the service.

- Seremet Transportation assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages, personal injuries, or physical harm incurred as a result of getting in/out of the vehicles, inappropriate behavior within the vehicles by the client and/or guests

- Seremet Transportation assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for lost or damaged personal belongings and/or items left in the vehicles by the client and/or guests

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Rates, fees, surcharges and terms are subject to change without notice!

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
