
At Seremet Transportation, the safety, security, and integrity of every ride are my top priorities. For these reasons, my vehicle is equipped with a high-definition dash camera system that continuously records both audio and video, inside and outside of the vehicle, on a 24/7 basis. This system is designed to protect both the driver and passengers and to support accurate documentation in the event of an incident or dispute.
Please be advised that the vehicle is clearly marked with visible dash cam warning stickers, located on the front windshield, front right passenger door, front left driver door, both rear passenger doors, and inside the cabin beneath the rear entertainment screens. By entering the vehicle, passengers acknowledge and consent to this recording as part of our standard safety protocol.
I would like to emphasize that the camera system is strictly used for reviewing serious incidents only. These may include, but are not limited to, accidents, internal vehicle damage, theft, lost or forgotten personal items, smoking, vaping, or similar prohibited behavior, inappropriate conduct, safety violations, or any disputes regarding service. The footage is not reviewed for monitoring personal or work-related conversations and is never collected or stored beyond the standard seven-day automatic overwrite period.
All footage is stored locally on the dash cam and is automatically overwritten every seven (7) days unless it is needed for investigative purposes. No data is backed up, shared, or transferred, unless legally required by law enforcement.
Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If any passenger violates this policy, a $350 cleaning fee will be applied, as clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions. All passengers are expected to review and comply with these terms prior to booking or entering the vehicle.
I understand and respect passengers’ privacy concerns. Upon request, I am open to temporarily disabling audio recording during a ride, provided it does not compromise the overall safety of the trip. However, for liability, legal, and safety reasons, video recording (both interior and exterior) must remain active at all times and cannot be disabled upon request.
