1. How to Apply a Coupon Code

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of booking, in the designated coupon field on the booking form. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed or already-confirmed bookings. If you forget to enter a code before submitting your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the discount will be applied after the fact.

2. Eligibility

Some coupon codes are issued exclusively for first-time customers who have never previously booked with Seremet Transportation. These codes are clearly labeled as New Customers Only. Using such a code if you are a returning customer constitutes misuse and may result in cancellation of the booking or removal of the discount.

Other promotional codes are available to all customers, including returning customers. The terms of each code will specify who is eligible.

3. What the Discount Applies To

All coupon discounts apply to the base fare only. The following charges are not included in the discount calculation and will appear as separate line items:

Airport fees and access charges
Tolls and road fees
Gratuity (tip)
Any other applicable surcharges

4. Minimum Fare Requirement

Some coupon codes require a minimum base fare before the discount can be applied. If your booking does not meet the minimum fare threshold, the code will not be accepted. The minimum fare requirement, if any, is stated in the offer details.

5. Cannot Be Combined

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, sale price, or discount. You may use either a coupon code or a promotional rate, not both at the same time. In the event of a conflict, the customer must choose which offer to use.

6. Usage Limits

Each coupon code may have a total usage limit across all customers. Once that limit is reached, the code is automatically deactivated and can no longer be used, even if the expiration date has not yet passed. Usage limits are noted in the offer details where applicable.

7. Expiration

All coupon codes have an expiration date. Codes must be used before or on the expiration date shown in the offer. Expired codes will not be accepted and cannot be reinstated.

8. Contractor and Affiliate Exclusion

Coupon codes and promotional offers are not valid for independent contractors, subcontractors, drivers, or affiliates of Seremet Transportation. This includes any individual or entity with a current or past business relationship with Seremet Transportation in a non-customer capacity.

9. Fraud and Misuse

Coupon codes are verified at the time of booking. Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, or fraudulently apply a coupon code is prohibited. Repeated invalid entries are automatically flagged by our system and may result in a temporary block on future booking attempts. Seremet Transportation reserves the right to cancel any booking where a code has been misused and to pursue further action if necessary.

10. Modifications and Cancellations

Seremet Transportation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any coupon code or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice. Issued codes that have already been applied to a confirmed booking will be honored, subject to the terms stated at the time of issue.
